ImmoNav is an automated content management tool for TikTok, designed for real estate professionals. The Service allows users to:

  • Authenticate their TikTok accounts via OAuth
  • Generate and schedule real estate-related content
  • Automatically post content to TikTok
  • Manage content calendars and track performance

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

3.2 TikTok Authorization

  • You must authorize ImmoNav to access your TikTok account
  • You can revoke this authorization at any time through TikTok's settings
  • ImmoNav will only perform actions you explicitly authorize

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
  • Ensure all content posted complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Content

5.1 Your Content

  • You retain all rights to content you create or upload
  • You grant ImmoNav a limited license to process and post your content to TikTok as instructed
  • You are solely responsible for the content you post

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create or post:

  • Content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Misleading or fraudulent content
  • Content that violates privacy laws or regulations

6. Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • We may impose usage limits or quotas

7. Third-Party Services

  • The Service integrates with TikTok via their official API
  • Your use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service
  • We are not responsible for TikTok's actions, policies, or service availability

8. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated on our website
  • Fees are subject to change with advance notice
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, we will cease posting to your TikTok account
  • Some provisions of these Terms survive termination

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ImmoNav is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for content posted to your TikTok account
  • We are not liable for actions taken by TikTok or third parties

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImmoNav from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you post via the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • We will notify you of material changes via email or Service notification
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
